The experience before safety glass industry

I had a successful career in companies like Sandvik, KONE and OUTOKUMPU. The final title was marketing manager with ”bottom line responsibility.” I opened market practically worldwide with capital equipment. This job taught me the importance innovations. See ”Competition” if you want to see what has happened in safety glass engineering since 1990’ies.
Safety Glass Industry
I joined to Tamglass Engineering Oy, later GLASTON Oyj as a Product Manager of Bending and Tempering. Tamglass/GLASTON was an extremely profitable and arrogant company in 1990’ies with flat tempering furnaces and windscreen bending furnaces. The ”bottom line” responsibility did not fit GLASTON. I was fired in 1992.
I wanted to work in Finland. Therefore, I have kept offering Tamglass/GLASTON management and board ideas, inventions and warned GLASTON of problems they were heading to. Not any answers. Finally I offered this to 4 majority shareholders. The negative answers were very arrogant and insulting. They thinking that I am the cause of GLASTON setbacks. Indirectly it is true. All western companies have to it, unless their product is the best enough in the worldwide. This applies to GLASTON.
FERACITAS/Risto Nikander inventions are great.
In Tamglass/GLASTON my responsibility cylindrical shape HTBS. Product development team failed to develop complex glass furnace for car rear glasses. I invented BTF. GLASTON made BTF process 25 years later! https://glaston.net/releases/?id=55D9E431486F20E8 Also https://www.glassonweb.com/news/glaston-emerging-technologies-sells-bending-and-tempering-equipment-us.
The greatest is to come!
See ”Flat Glass Tempering”. Patents I have obtained are from the flat tampering furnaces. By the same invention continuous furnace length inversely proportional to the heating speed!
